Grace did a number of extra private viewings after hours and I think in this current market with young professional couples wanting their first home that made a real difference. The marketing was slick and we were kept updated regularly via a very impressive open home/house interest tool. But did so with kindness, practical solutions and humour! Which we appreciated. Couldn’t recommend them any higher for what they did and achieved for our family. As we have never sold a house before, we were unprepared for the worry and unsettlement that goes with selling your loved property. Thought there would have been more contact and follow ups from the agents over the open home periods etc we believe communication was lacking through this process.
