The ability to make a person feel at home and as if you had known them for ever like a good friend is hard to come by and Ryan Jacobs is that person. He understood and knew what would happen when and at times before it happened. This individual is hard to come by. We enjoyed the communication process. Loved the experience and expertise that Ryan had to give us. We also like the friendly banter and patience that he gave us. Our house was up on the market and sold quickly because of the expertise that both Ryan and Christina gave to the entire process. Thank you both for everything and Ryan for being there when the questions came up and the quick answer reply that you were able to show us when we did not understand.
