I was initially hesitant about the property, but my wife was keen, and Zay’s knowledge and guidance helped me see its potential—something I’m very glad I didn’t pass up. She clearly has strong experience, works well with all parties involved, and made the process of meeting the bank’s conditions and securing finance much easier. While I’m not planning another purchase in the near future, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again if the opportunity came up.

Although my property was on the market for quite some time there was always positive enthusiasm and ideas to discuss. Zay is not one to give up and one has to remember that sometimes it takes longer than others. The property market is very volatile in line with other factors that are going on in NZ and the world. Nick is very personable and presentable . He knows the New Plymouth market very well, our property was on leasehold land so our sale price expectation needed to be managed to meet the market. I think it was sold after 3 or 4 open homes from which we received comprehensive and prompt feedback from Nick Hughes after each one.
