We couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through the sale of our cherished family home, lovingly built by Dad in the early 1970s. From our very first meeting with Zay, and then later with Jess, we were impressed by your professionalism, patience, and deep knowledge of the local market. Your expert advice on preparing the property, attention to detail, and consistent communication made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and well-managed. Every step was handled with care and precision, and we always felt informed and supported. Thanks to your dedication and expertise, we achieved a fantastic result. We wholeheartedly recommend Team Zay to anyone looking to buy or sell their home—you are simply exceptional. Thank you again for everything. You truly rock, Team Zay!

This is our second house which we have entrusted in Kathy to sell. We did end up meeting the market due to a flat market and Kathy did all she could to find us the buyer. Her dedication and perseverance has always been top notch and kept us well informed. It has been great working with Kathy and would recommend to anyone looking for a professional agent either selling or buying who will go the extra distance. Thanks again for your hard work.

Kathy has a wealth of knowledge within the Real Estate market and this was clear to us from the moment we embarked on this journey. She is very professional and clear in her presentation of property, answered all of our questions, found out what we needed to know. She kept us informed all the way and was able to negotiate a successful purchase for us. We would absolutely recommend Kathy to anyone either buying or selling property.

We purchased our home from Brendon and throughout the experience we found Brendon to be excellent to work with. Brendon was always available whenever we had a query and he provided ongoing advice throughout the purchasing process. My husband and I found Brendon to be very patient and easy-going. We'd recommend Brendon for those looking for an agent.

We employed Brendon and Alannah to sell our house. They were very committed to getting the best buyer along with the best price. They were both professional in there dealing with us. They had a good market knowledge. We would recommend them and use them again if needed.

A very open and helpful communicator with good knowledge of the property and the vendors, he was flexible and accommodating with additional viewings. Throughout the negotiation Darrell kept us informed and provided useful updates for consideration. We developed a mutual understanding of the process and final outcome. A good person to deal with.

Nothing was a problem for Darrell, at short notice he was available to answer questions, show us through the property and answer questions. He made a quick sale possible and as a result we have a lovely property!

Darrell was great to deal with. Communication was clear and to the point. And most importantly he got the result we were looking for.
