This sale was not a straight forward sale as the property was owned by 3 people with none living in New Plymouth, Prior to the place going onto the market there were a number of things that needed fixing and Shelley was only to willing to assist in getting the property ready for market. Once it was on the market she kept the 3 of us informed all the way through as to what was happening. There were a few hiccups along the way with Solicitor approval and buyers finance but she remained focused and steadfast acting in what we believe to be in our best interests. she was able to put a deal together and both the seller and the buyer were happy with the outcome.
