We purchased a home in NZ while in the process of getting our residency in the country. This was a fairly complex process and our ream handled it calmly and smoothly with no surprises on our end.

We found Adam, Pyper and the team to be extremely helpful and understanding as we went through with a slightly unusual home purchase experience (complications entirely due to our own private circumstances). They were extremely patient, professional and helpful through the entire process.

They wisely timed open homes and price adjustment promptings, that we, the sellers, felt reasonably comfortable to make considered and patient decisions. Although we had to, in the end, settle for a 20% reduction from the originally listed price, we felt that we played the game as best we could, given the market conditions.

Melissa was absolutely fantastic to deal with. As a first time buyer, she went to every effort to accommodate what I needed, and made my life — and the purchase — so easy and enjoyable! It felt like a very smooth process and everything moved like clockwork. She was an awesome go-to between me and the vendors, and she was so quick, too! Yes very knowledgeable about the market, negotiating and very professional. But then you expect that from great agents 👍(they were recommended to us). Where Tracey & Warren really shined was there organizing, and commitment to help in preparing the property for sale. We live in Christchurch and property for sale was in Hamilton. It had been rented out and was in good condition but needed some landscaping, waterbasting, bathroom painted, and minor plumbing and gas fitting done. I thought I would be organizing this. But no Tracey was more than happy to organize with her contacts. All the work was done very well at very reasonable rates. But the main thing here is organizing contractors and then meeting them at the property all takes time and effort. This was no problem at all for Tracey & Warren. When the property was sold they organized for fridge, washing machine & dryer to go to a local charity to help others. What a team 👏 👍👍
