Yes very knowledgeable about the market, negotiating and very professional. But then you expect that from great agents 👍(they were recommended to us). Where Tracey & Warren really shined was there organizing, and commitment to help in preparing the property for sale. We live in Christchurch and property for sale was in Hamilton. It had been rented out and was in good condition but needed some landscaping, waterbasting, bathroom painted, and minor plumbing and gas fitting done. I thought I would be organizing this. But no Tracey was more than happy to organize with her contacts. All the work was done very well at very reasonable rates. But the main thing here is organizing contractors and then meeting them at the property all takes time and effort. This was no problem at all for Tracey & Warren. When the property was sold they organized for fridge, washing machine & dryer to go to a local charity to help others. What a team 👏 👍👍

Tracey was always easy to reach and patiently explained about each and every step of of the property buying property to us as a First home buyers. When it came to negotiating, she pushed hard for a good deal both for the buyer and seller and made the process transparent. I met Anya at one of her open homes in late 2023. We put my house on the market btwn Feb-May 2024. It attracted some interest, but the market was still precarious and uncertain post-Covid and the beginning of what would be a 2-year cost of living crisis. The challenge for Anya was that while I wanted to sell, until I found the right house to buy, I didn't want my house marketed too aggressively in case it sold to soon and I was left with nowhere to live while still searching for a new home. We kept the signs up while I kept looking, with Anya bringing the odd person through too, until early 2025. It wasn't until Oct 2025 that we marketed the house actively again. This time, I had finally found and secured an offer on a new home in Te Kauwhata (a new build), so we were able to throw my place onto the market right away. We had an excellent experience with Craig & team. We were initially listed with another company but switched to Lodge after failing to sell after 3.5 months. Craig was very approachable, and his team was efficient and effective with communication. We were kept up to date with upcoming open homes + private viewings, who had been through, and the feedback from each prospective buyer. He also personally helped get the property looking in top condition when he first took over the listing and with troubleshooting issues right up until settlement day.
