Fiona showed not only remarkable market knowledge but she showed genuine interest and care in our situation and the vision we wanted to achieve. She always communicated well with optimistic and realistic expectations for what we were able to do to improve our outlook and get the outcome we wanted. Using Fiona to both buy and sell was one of the best decisions we could have made as she used her knowledge and existing client bank to help find us the perfect buyer. Fiona proved herself to be worth her weight in gold with the amount of time, effort and commitment she invested into getting the best outcome on all sides.

I would happily recommend that anyone contemplating selling talk to her. She was very professional in the way she put together a proposal and a marketing plan, and in the execution of it. She and Annette worked hard with the 39 parties who came through the house and secured satisfactory offers. I particularly liked that she went the extra mile. For instance she (and Annette) turned up at 7:40 am on a public holiday well ahead of the photographer's arrival with a car full of props to finish my staging, and had an eagle eye seeing where the cleaner had missed and doing something about it. Fiona was also very tactful about my own later inadequate vacuuming (let down by my eyesight) and did where I missed. She wanted a good result for me, and she got one. Thank you!
