Right from the first viewing we felt welcomed and important. Our first contact was with Amy, we were greeted by a friendly smile, all questions were answered immediately and professionally, a property info pack was handed to us before we left the property. A second viewing was not a problem and done within a few days of asking. Communication was by phone, email and text, when Amy was not available her husband Nate was more that happy to help with any questions. Amy helped with advise on making an offer on the property and worked very close with us and the vendor making the process seemless. Offers and counter offers were all done within what I would say a very acceptable timeframe.
