Scott is more than a real estate agent

Scott has been around a while and has also sold for our parents. He is a super nice person. As we were selling but we didn't live in the area Scott and his team went above and beyond doing little jobs for us that we couldn't do. He also gave us great advice. By getting a new valuation we achieved a great result in a challenging market. Scott always wears a smile and seems to genuinely enjoy his day. He is interested in people ...for who they are not just the transaction. He has a great team and Nathan I believe was instrumental in getting us a good buyer. Tall Poppy we do believe offers a great cost effective package. The marketing is easy and stress-free. I think especially if you are selling in Richmond area you cant go past Scott. He is well known and seems to have more than his fair share of the market. Scott's been alot of fun ....and thanks for climbing that ladder to prune that branch Scott....its definitely above and beyond....and we know your a busy chap. Very nerve breaking but Nathan helped us in every which way possible

If your looking for the best real estate agent in Wakefield, I can't recommend Nathan Dunn from Tall Poppy enough. Nathan truly lives and breathes Wakefield. His local market knowledge is second to none and his understanding of the current market conditions gave us complete confidence throughout the selling process. His pricing advice, marketing strategy and negotiation skills were excellent, helping us achieve a fantastic result. What really stood out was Nathans patience, understanding and genuine care. Selling a home that you have lived in for nearly 40 years can be very stressful but he took the time to answer every question, explain every step, and made us feel supported from start to finish. His communication was outstanding and nothing was ever too much trouble. If your thinking about selling your property and want a trusted professional, knowledgeable and hard working real estate agent who knows the Wakefield market inside and out, then Nathan Dunn at Tall Poppy is the person to call.
