Stephanie always was present on time and fully engaged. She coordinated the pre-sale marketing, was focussed in following-up with buyers, showed the property with enthusiasm and exceeding our expectations. In addition she went above and beyond in providing assistance to us as the vendors to ensure we were fully across the negotiations and discussions with the buyers, and developed a very strong working relationship which we very much appreciated.

The initial agent, Ayla, had great communication and was a delight to deal with. However, after she went on leave, the team that picked things up was not to the same standard - communication was lacking (likely because the first agent had already done the heavy lifting to seal the deal). Overall, and in hindsight, it is clear that far more should have been disclosed. The house had multiple fixtures that were literally held in place with hot glue, and there was little effort from Summit to provide transparency. I have less confidence in the organization and their procedures. It felt like corners were cut.

Libby was a great communicator and what we really appreciated was the effort she put into getting to know and understand the buyer groups that came through our property.

Glynn and Callum did a wonderful job selling our home. We will definitely use them on any future property listings. We had several companies try to sell our home prior to Glynn and Callum with no success but the Delany team got it done .
