We had a very short lead-up to auction date. Julie expertly facilitated our due diligence and formulating our offer. We were unable to bid as our own sale was not sufficiently far advanced. However within a few days, we were able to participate in the resulting deadline sale in which we were successful. Julie was quite exceptional in remaining accessible throughout this time to answer questions, liasing promptly with our solicitors where required. Hi, I had seen the property I have just purchased on trademe, as I live in Auckland I couldn’t get down to the open homes, as I was working on the weekends, I messaged Ella to see if I could get a private viewing on the Monday that I was coming down to CHCH, without hesitation Ella messaged me and arranged a time for that day, we arrived at the property just after Ella.
