Leeann made us feel as if we had a home that others would love and she was complimentary about how we had it set up. We felt that Leeann's confidence to find the right buyer played out as it went to market and sold in less than a month! Her knowledge of the market and the best time of year to take action was second to none. Post auction she swept into action and her skills as a negotiator were excellent. We first met Pierre when he was the buyer's agent for the people purchasing our house. We were so impressed with him that we asked him to help us find our next home, and we're incredibly glad we did. Our first experience involved a particularly difficult selling agent who made the whole process far more stressful than it needed to be. Pierre handled everything calmly and professionally, dealing directly with the agent, arranging access to the property, keeping us informed, and preparing us for auction day. Although we didn't end up buying that house, his support throughout the process was outstanding. The following week, Pierre showed us another property, and that's the home we eventually purchased. From start to finish, Pierre was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, approachable, always available when we needed him, and he did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He handled all communication with the selling agents, provided valuable information we wouldn't have been able to access ourselves, explained what to expect throughout the buying process, and confidently bid on our behalf at auction. Before working with Pierre, we honestly weren't sure why anyone would use a buyer's agent. Now, we wouldn't buy another house without one. We can't recommend Pierre highly enough. If you're buying a home in Christchurch, you need Pierre on your side. And if you're selling, you'll want him representing you too.

Lucy was fantastic to deal with throughout the purchase of 26 Stanbury Avenue. As a buyer, I appreciated how responsive, approachable and professional she was from the first open home through to the auction and post-auction process. She communicated clearly, kept me informed, and was always willing to answer questions and provide information promptly. I completed some due diligence on the property before auction, and Lucy & Mark were helpful and accommodating throughout that process. She managed expectations well, provided useful market insights, and was easy to work with while still representing her vendors professionally. We are so grateful for Elisa’s help in the purchase of our new home. We felt that she genuinely cared about our journey finding a family home. She communicated well. She had a lot of knowledge about the area and was able to give fair ideas of pricing. She was supportive without being pushy. Being a young family trying to buy into a competitive area we had many experiences of agents being condescending or even rude - Elisa was not like this at all and her open non-judgemental nature is a true asset. I recommend her very highly to those buying, but I also think that her skills would be great when selling property. I first met Elisa when she was selling a property in the area and she had a great outcome for the seller whilst being very respectful to potential buyers - this is a hard juggle and she nails it.
