We had a very short lead-up to auction date. Julie expertly facilitated our due diligence and formulating our offer. We were unable to bid as our own sale was not sufficiently far advanced. However within a few days, we were able to participate in the resulting deadline sale in which we were successful. From start to finish, Pierre was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, approachable, always available when we needed him, and he did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He handled all communication with the selling agents, provided valuable information we wouldn't have been able to access ourselves, explained what to expect throughout the buying process, and confidently bid on our behalf at auction. Before working with Pierre, we honestly weren't sure why anyone would use a buyer's agent. Now, we wouldn't buy another house without one. We can't recommend Pierre highly enough. She was very clear about the property details from the first day. So quick and flexible, doing the paperwork and when negotiating. Was available to talk in any minute we need to discuss something. Went beyond the limits to help us.

Please be aware that as a purchaser I did not engage Katie hence the relevant feedback would have to come from the vendor. As out of town purchasers Katie gave us access to the property outside of the Open Home days and gave us a full rundown of the features the property had to offer. When attempting to contact her and she was not available she always returned my call. She has a pleasant personality and builds repour quickly making her a pleasure to deal with. Again as I was not the vendor I cannot recommend her as a sales agent.
