We approached Mike to sell our home because he has a regular visual presence in our area and has managed a lot of sales in and around Northwood. His communication from the outset was outstanding, his appraisal of our property was well supported with recent sale information and he was very realistic about the current market. We asked Mike to try an off market sale approach prior to listing it as an auction, knowing that he had buyers who had missed out previously that were looking for a property similar to ours. From this he held one open home and another couple of private viewings that generated 10 groups though and two offers, one of which we negotiated and accepted. Please be aware that as a purchaser I did not engage Katie hence the relevant feedback would have to come from the vendor. As out of town purchasers Katie gave us access to the property outside of the Open Home days and gave us a full rundown of the features the property had to offer. When attempting to contact her and she was not available she always returned my call. She has a pleasant personality and builds repour quickly making her a pleasure to deal with. Again as I was not the vendor I cannot recommend her as a sales agent.
