Lisa was probably always going to be our agent of choice due to her knowledge of the area. She presented positively, had a clear idea on what would work, and allowed time for us to think. I am happy to admit that I was wrong on my initial reluctance to stage the empty house. Lisa organised a lot of the things that needed to be done, and guided me on the things that I needed to do. Lisa never over promised, or over marketed, she just knew what would work. We are very happy with both the process and outcome.

I interviewed half a dozen agents to sell the family home I inherited from my late mother. It was "as is where is". She shone head and shoulders above the rest. I have AuDHD and finding people who communicate effectively with me is part of my selection process. Debi didn't have as strong as track record on paper as some of the other big firms in that area, but I listened carefully to her explanation of what she'd listed and sold in the local market. She nailed it. Plus I love the Tall Poppy model where it's a tiered fees structure rather than percentages. It made it easier for me to calculate what I'd accept for the home. I don't like auctions but that was the right approach for this property, as we had 10 parties pre register, mainly phone bidders. Debi pulled suitable people in from everywhere. We can’t recommend Angus highly enough. Even though the house we purchased wasn’t listed through him, he treated the whole process like he was fully in our corner from day one. As first home buyers, the process felt pretty overwhelming at times, but Angus made everything easier. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, shared listings with us, talked us through properties honestly, and even came along to open homes to give advice and another perspective. We never felt pressured or rushed into anything. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us.
