I was lucky enough to have met Pippa when my son was recently buying his first home so when it came to selling my property on the Coromandel, Pippa was my first choice, and I could not have been more pleased. From the very beginning and through the entire process she delivered on her promise. Her energy, professionalism and constant communication were stand outs for me, with the job made all the more difficult as I was overseas and that included time zone issues. Plus her attention to detail, ongoing advice and number and quality of open homes (and additional private viewings) generated the desired result. So a personal thank you to Pippa, and I cannot recommend her work and skillsets highly enough.

Thanks to Seth we have bought and sold three properties in the last 12 months. We met him during the process of the first sale and instantly connected with his open honesty, his energetic approach to marketing the property and keeping us regularly informed of progress. We had many honest discussions about our property and where it sat in the market and the buyers it was attracting. When it came down to negotiations he managed to keep a calm demeanour in the face of a potentially stressful situation. We highly recommend Seth to anyone who is looking to buy or sell, he gives all his vendors and buyers his calm, enthusiastic approach while maintaining his sense of humour.

Robyn was outstanding at keeping us informed through the process of our property sale. She has exceptional market knowledge, she is professional and reliable. We highly recommend Robyn.
