I was lucky enough to have met Pippa when my son was recently buying his first home so when it came to selling my property on the Coromandel, Pippa was my first choice, and I could not have been more pleased. From the very beginning and through the entire process she delivered on her promise. Her energy, professionalism and constant communication were stand outs for me, with the job made all the more difficult as I was overseas and that included time zone issues. Plus her attention to detail, ongoing advice and number and quality of open homes (and additional private viewings) generated the desired result. Very professional and helpful toward purchasing our property

Pippa (and her colleagues) were very friendly as well as being good teachers of the house/land sale mechanism as it existed in 2025. We needed this as we had not been involved in a house sale for more than 30 years. Pippa also very promptly forwarded documents relevant to the marketing process and later keeping us up to date with approaches and views of potential buyers making inquiries prior to and after open house days. Also, the text and photographs for the marketing on the web site and for newspaper advertisements. The set up of the interior of our house for photographing it was like a set up for a movie! Finally, the recommendation to sell using an auction was very appropriate.
