We recently bought our home with Chanelle and honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. She was great to deal with the whole way through, she was easy to talk to, quick to respond, and always kept us in the loop as things progressed. Any time we had questions or needed clarification, she chased it up with the owners and got back to us quickly. Right from the start she made a real effort, organising multiple viewings for us, even outside normal hours so we could work around our schedules. She helped guide us through several offers and stayed patient, professional, and supportive even when a few didn’t work out. The whole process felt far less stressful because of how proactive and genuine she was. We’re really grateful for all her help getting us into our new home and would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Chanelle was awesome to work with through the whole process of listing and preparing our home for sale , she realized it was a big decision to sell as we had a lot of attachment to it , and was always patient and never pushy or putting us under any sort of pressure. Once the house was on the market she was great at communicating with us , always very quick with her responses and we felt like we could always completely trust what she was telling us . Everything ran so smoothly, it made a stressful process so much easier, we really appreciate it. We also liked that she was local to the area and could understand why we liked living there so much , and could communicate this to prospective buyers . She was also fantastic when we were sussing out potential places to buy and always on hand to provide answers to questions or her insights into various properties. It was great to have her with us at the auction for the house we bought to provide moral support and have someone with us who knew the process inside out :) Thanks Chanelle , it was great working with you , we all appreciate it :)

Chanelle really went above and beyond for me in my purchasing journey. Even when there were challenges with property faults to be addressed, and difficulty getting insurance, Chanelle, communicated with me regularly to see how I was doing, gave great advice, and referred me to a good insurance broker when I needed it. When a leak was found in the roof, Chanelle offered to bring her own ladder and meet me at the house the next day so I could come and check it out myself. I would happily recommend Chanelle to anyone needing a reliable real estate agent in Christchurch, she is absolutely fantastic.
