Late January 26 we left for an extended trip to the South Island. One week later our residential property was launched on the market by Sharalyn Fraser Agency. While we were away , we were kept updated as to how progress was and a report given on every open home. After one month we were presented with 4 very good offers. One was selected , and an agreement met. All signing of contracts was done remotely, a JP ‘s service used in Te Anau , the deal was all completed. The team at Sharalyn Fraser Agency did a tremendous job, keeping us informed and achieving a very good result for us. We felt confident leaving the sale in their hands and it was worry free.
