I have always had a great interest in the health and well being of people, so it came as no surprise that I chose real estate as my long-term career in 1987. Prior to this I was involved in the aviation industry as a commercial pilot, and earlier still in the hospitality sector taking on a multitude of roles overseas. Real estate was really the perfect fit as it allowed me to exercise my creative marketing side through my love of the English language, along with an absolute commitment to protect my clients interests. I was fortunate to began my career on Sydney's exclusive lower North shore, which presented opportunities to sell some of Sydney's finest homes. In the 1990's I moved home to New Zealand and served the Wellington real estate community for 12 years, before returning home to the Kapiti Coast in 2005. Outside of real estate I have a passion for complimentary or alternative medicine and in particular the modality of homeopathy. This brings a nice balance to my professional life. I am now incredibly fortunate to be a member of New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty Raumati office, my old home town, and I look forward to what every new day brings. With its beautiful beaches, multiple walking tracks and Kapiti Island, the nature lover is in paradise here. The Kapiti Coast is made up of multiple seaside villages; Paekakariki, Raumati South, Raumati Beach, Paraparaumu Beach, Paraparaumu, Waikanae Beach, Waikanae and Otaki. You can easily pass the day taking a stroll through one of the many villages which offer boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and much more. Kapiti offers a relaxed lifestyle near the sea, but is still conveniently located close enough to the city for the commuter, located approximately 50 kilometres north., or makes a perfect weekend escape from the hustle and bustle. There is a well serviced train line which runs frequently. Currently under construction is Transmission Gully which will further reduce the drive time to the capital. Kapiti Airport also offers domestic flights connecting you to Auckland, New Zealand’s largest city and connection point to international travel.

Highly Recommend Phoebes Approachable Manner. From 1st meeting with Phoebe, We felt at ease by her relaxed friendly nature. She walked us through the process step by step at our own pace in a very professional manner, with great communication skills.
