Real estate teams in Papakura, Auckland

We thoroughly recommend Josh and Kayne as estate agents. From the first discussion about marketing our property, they had some really great ideas about options, and followed through with thorough research about our property. In a difficult market, they remained solutions focused and optimistic, and committed to getting the property sold. They have remained respectful and warm, and with just the right style of communication, in touch enough that we always knew what was going on but I haven’t felt pressurised. We were especially heartened by the respect and warmth that they have shown the tenants of the property.

Josh and Kayne were very proactive right from the start getting things in motion for us to sell our property in Ellerslie, Auckland. This was great especially as we were based out of Auckland. They were both very attentive with every detail and keeping us informed and updated about everything pertaining to the sale of our home. We have been very impressed by their professionalism, work output and work ethic. Highly recommend.

We sold our house in Pukekohe with Kayne and Josh, who were absolutely brilliant. They’re super fun, easy to chat to, and they both really know their stuff. From the first meeting right through to the sale, they gave us great advice, kept us in the loop every step of the way, and made the whole process feel stress-free. Nothing ever felt like a hassle. We could ask as many questions as we needed, and they always took the time to explain things clearly and gave good reasoning behind their advice. They were extremely professional, even when we messaged them at stupid-o-clock. They were always at least one step ahead of us the whole way through. If you’re looking to sell your home and want a seamless ride, with a tonne of fun along the way, Josh and Kayne are your guys.
