Brandon was easy to deal with and did a great job for the family selling my mother's house. There was a bit of family debate about which agency and agent we would go with. In the end we went with Ray White and Brandon and got a very good result. He communicated well, provided guidance where needed on certain issues and got a good number of qualified bidders to the auction. When it didn't quite meet reserve he helped us see the value of putting it up for sale and we achieved above our reserve. As the buyer I was conscious of the fact that he was working for the vendor so it feel's slightly odd to write a review for him. I'd expect these reviews would be read by sellers so a buyers opinion should be less important. But Chris was available when we needed him and came back to us with any information we requested very quickly. Our experience as buyers was good enough that now it's time to sell my fathers house, he was the obvious choice to contact.
