Evan discussed and tried different ways of selling and advertising my unit which I really appreciated. I wish we hadn't gone to Auction as 2 weeks is not enough time to get any buyers for this, however the open homes were successful as the right person did purchase my home and I was pleased this did not go to developers like so many old places do these days. After talking to Paras about what sort of houses my partner and I were looking for, he knew right away what was in the market that he could show us. What we appreciated from the beginning was that he never overwhelmed us hundreds of listings at one time knowing that we would want to take our time and assess each one fairly. We also appreciated that whenever we sent a potential listing, he was honest about the property and if there was anything we may have overlooked and if we were still keen he would still take the time to show us, again feeding back into assessing each property fairly. He always had time for us during the week with any questions we had whether it be the buying process, needing information about the area/land or about how to make the house our own (i.e. renovations). If he was unsure with anything he always made sure to find more information and come back to us with the correct details rather than guessing and coming back to change. Paras went over and beyond what we, as first home buyers, could ever dream of and we eventually found our home which ticked all our boxes and could not have done it without his help. Alex was incredibly helpful in selling my home. The first open home was a flop (on mothers day) but after this Alex really put the accelerator down, getting multiple vjewings in addition to the scheduled open homes. The deadline date of sale felt tight, but we had multiple good offers to consider by that time thanks to hisbhard work. His liaison during the multi offer situation got me a great sale price. While there were moments I felt talked down to, overall he was patient with me and willing to talk through what was happening and what my options are. Alex went the extra mile by helping with conditional-unconditional reports and issues and arranging for some work to be done to satisfy these issues while i was overseas. I would certainly recommend Alex as an agent to sell your home, and i think ray white and their higher fees are worth it, considering other properties in my area which have yet to sell being marketed by different agents.
