Right from the get go he was so personable and made us feel like we were handing over our family home to someone who really took the time to care and we could completely trust. We didn’t really understand nor fully appreciate Tip’s “motto” of “Going The Extra Mile” until we had the pleasure of working with Tip for the very unexpected sale of our property. From the off-market shoulder tap of “would you consider selling”, a viewing less that 24 hours later through to Settlement a journey of just 13 working days, Tip worked tirelessly throughout to facilitate this sale and now, having been on the real estate journey with Tip, we can only describe her motto of “Going The Extra Mile” as an understatement in how she delivers. Tip’s knowledge and experience in selling a property, her availability and support, readiness to assist both vendor and purchaser, fine eye for detail to ensure every last issue was addressed truly went above and beyond “going the extra mile” to achieve a sale that was a great deal for both vendor and purchaser. Selling any property, especially “off market” with no real thoughts of selling until the suggestion was made, can be extremely stressful. Tip’s knowledge and experience coupled with her warm, friendly professional approach, always responsive to any query on legal requirements, certainly made the real estate journey significantly less stressful with all the pieces fitting into place, concluding in a successful sale just 13 working days after Tip’s initial approach of “would you consider selling”.
