Tip’s knowledge and experience in selling a property, her availability and support, readiness to assist both vendor and purchaser, fine eye for detail to ensure every last issue was addressed truly went above and beyond “going the extra mile” to achieve a sale that was a great deal for both vendor and purchaser. Selling any property, especially “off market” with no real thoughts of selling until the suggestion was made, can be extremely stressful. Tip’s knowledge and experience coupled with her warm, friendly professional approach, always responsive to any query on legal requirements, certainly made the real estate journey significantly less stressful with all the pieces fitting into place, concluding in a successful sale just 13 working days after Tip’s initial approach of “would you consider selling”.
