We are absolutely thrilled with the result Kris and his team achieved for our property. Right from the start, Kris laid out a clear marketing calendar, and his operational team executed it perfectly. The presentation of the house was spot on, the staging (and even the plant staging!) was beautiful, and paired with the great photography, our listing got a huge amount of views online. Even though things were a bit quiet in Jan, Kris ran such a strong campaign that we had multiple group visited during open homes and a surprisingly high number of bidders show up on auction day.
