Genuine sellers agent

We met John at an open home and found him pleasant, professional and down to earth. On having John view our 2 properties for sale he was realistic in his appraisal without overstating their market values. He provided prompt feedback from the open homes which confirmed his initial assessment. He never once suggested we reduce the asking price on our one bedroom cottage and retained his enthusiasm over the whole time it was on the market. He always confirmed he was working for us the vendor and that proved to be the case. I’m more than happy to recommend John and would engage him again

Excellent agent

I can say that Steve Hanrahan did exceptionally well to sell our house against the odds of the government lowering the threshold of investors being able to sell their house after only two years which flooded the Queenstown market and made it very hard to sell our house but he is a persistent and passionate agent whom doesn’t give up and managed to reach an acceptable agreement with us and buyers after a prolonged effort , I would highly recommend Steve to any potential client . And he was one of only three agents whom actually answered our call straight away when we wished to cell
