We had a great experience with Heather from Orzito in and are genuinely happy with the service she provided throughout the process. From the outset, Heather impressed us with her transparency and honest approach. This honesty helped us make informed decisions and built trust right from the beginning. One of the standout aspects of working with Heather was her communication. She included us in the process of building the marketing package and this made us feel confident in what was being shared about the property. She kept us informed throughout and made sure we understood what was happening. Her updates were clear, accurate, and timely, which made the process stress free. The way reporting within the Orzito website is managed was great and was a real time indicator of how progress was tracking. When circumstances changed or delays occurred, she was upfront about it and communicated calmly and clearly, which we found very reassuring.

He's also an amazing network-er: I found I needed a new mortgage broker as the process started to get serious. He knew just the person to get me in touch with. I cannot sing Wayne's praises enough: He's an honest guy who is interested in getting a house sold.
