This was our first time selling a house and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly, from the first meeting Ganesh had all the information we needed as sellers , costs involved , marketing strategies and was ready to go at a quick pace !! The last 5 months I have been looking to by a home. After many viewings and many agents and a few offers I was faced with the knowledge that most agents are not grounded, kind or helpful. Truly advocated for us and made me feel like this was a relationship on trust and understanding not get in and out quick. If you can offer that much support at the lower end of the market and the higher end I never felt anything but comfortable this whole process. Obviously (see above) Mike’s negotiating skills were second to none. He pursued the prospective buyer convincing them my property was a great fit for them. His ability to read the situation and draw in the sale was very much appreciated
