Andrew guided me through the process before completing the agency agreement. He set an expectation regarding how long it should take and how much the house was likely to realize, and he was right in both aspects. When it came down to final negotiations his experience helped immensely. Ultimately I found dealing with Andrew to be very honest and earnest process.

I don’t usually like real estate agents, except for Andrew so that speaks volumes about him. He’s an excellent communicator, very responsive in answering any silly questions we had, supportive, made the process stress free (helped by his good sense of humour) while always maintaining professionalism. Essentially he’s an all round good bloke!
