Quintin had a good look at my property and asked me what my expectations were. He then presented me with a proposal, which included a current market evaluation, expected price range and a suggested marketing strategy. On accepting his proposal the signs were up the next day and we went live a few days later. We had a short campaign followed by an Auction.
