Needless to say Lynn and her team were a life saver in a real time of crisis. If you don't have someone like Lynn on your team, get someone like Lynn on your team. The market isn't easy, but they helped secure an offer after the 2nd weekend of open homes and were patient and understanding of my situation. If I was staying within Auckland, I would have used them to help find my next home.
