Sharine was a pleasure to work with. Her market knowledge was up to date and spot on. Her communication was very fast and thorough. She was very collaborative and reassuring and not pushy. We got a good price, at least partly due to her hard work with marketing and open homes. She was also very helpful with incidental tasks and sorting out problems efficiently and happily. . I’ve had other agents who were good but she has an extra “something” which made the process much easier.

Sharine has a great knowledge/experience of the (local) market, and she was able to use this to give good advice in preparation for the marketing and sale. She understood our situation (as joint owners/sellers) and communicated well with each and all of us. Very professional. Attendance at the open homes, and also the following up of the prospective buyers was well documented, and she seemed to encourage and assist them in readiness for the auction - as demonstrated by the number of bidders who showed up at auction. A great result followed. She remained committed to the end with final viewing, and handing over of keys.

Positives: 1) Very helpful and supportive 2) Responsive and easy to reach even outside business hours and time zone differences. 3) Managed to sell the house with persistence, even if the market was horrible. 4) Great at buyer management and problem solving. Negatives: Initial valuation provided turned out to be unrealistic. Market had turned bad already, we should have been given a reality check at the start 😅.
