It’s a pretty exceptional occurrence when a real estate agent gets invited to go on holiday with her clients after she’s secured the sale of their home. But Adrienne Gooch can lay claim to that distinction. Her capacity to build life-long friendships with her clientele is a reflection of the trust and respect she has earned from them. She is confident that she leaves no stone unturned in obtaining the best price for her sellers - many of whom readily acknowledge her skills with written recommendations and testimonials. Adrienne comes from a legal background. With a number of years spent as a legal executive with a large Auckland city law firm gave her a significant understanding of the legalities of property transacting. Much of her conveyancing work was carried out for developers and Adrienne moved into real estate with a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area. It was 2004 when she began as a property manager but quickly saw that her primary strength lay in real estate sales and she’s never looked back. Two years in, and Adrienne was selling homes in the Herne Bay, Ponsonby and Mt Eden areas. An astute businesswoman, she invested in a Mt Roskill real estate agency whilst continuing to maintain a property management roll. As she grew the business she completed a Diploma of Business Studies majoring in real estate from Massey University. She also achieved REINZ accreditation as a Property Manager and all this whilst raising four children and renovating her own villas in the Herne Bay, Ponsonby and Grey Lynn areas. Adrienne's clients like her professionally and love her personally. Not afraid to get her hands dirty, Adrienne’s courage and a determination to succeed has kept her at the top of her game over the years when negotiating the sometimes choppy waters of the property market. A recent decision to partner up with Rob Jones, an agent well known in the industry with a fantastic track record, has augmented her business and she is excited that they will be able to offer their clients a complementary team with a mix of valuable skills.
