I found Will to be professional and confident in his knowledge of the area and ensuring we got the best price on the day. Will was approachable and kept in regular contact with myself and family members involved in the sale. I felt prepared and looked after on auction day and it all ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend Will as an agent and wouldn't change a thing.

As overseas based vendors, we entrusted Will Gluestein to help sell our property in Grey Lynn, Auckland in January 2025. Having met Will in person during 2024, we felt that his professional presence, knowledge of the local market and his sales experience of the surrounding areas fulfilled the important attributes we were seeking in an agent we would appoint. Will exceeded our expectations. With his company owners (Megan Jaffe Real Estate in Ponsonby) he created an unbeatable marketing package. Will was in touch with us throughout the marketing campaign that eventually led to a very successful auction with 5 bidders present in their Ponsonby office. We are very happy with the result and would thoroughly recommend Will to be your representative, whether buying or selling a property.

I had the pleasure of working with Will to sell my apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Will made the entire process smooth and stress-free, guiding me through each step and keeping me informed at every turn. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and dedication. He provided expert advice on pricing, staging, and marketing, which resulted in multiple offers and a sale that exceeded my expectations in such a difficult market. His negotiation skills were top-notch, ensuring that I got the best possible deal. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about their clients and delivers exceptional results, look no further than Will. I highly recommend him!
