The property I was selling was my first home (purchased over 30 years ago). In recent years the property has been tenanted. At the time of putting the property on the market it was not furnished and had developed a few minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed (bumps/scuffs on walls and the like). Verena arranged for staging (temporary furnishings) and the R&M issues to be attended to in a way that the property’s benefits could be appropriately assessed by potential buyers. It was presented with authenticity: neither overstated nor understated. Verena took a data-based approach to her advice. Verena was always clear and professional in her communications.

Clare is the best Agent I have come across in many many years she has a positive bubbly happy attitude and a great knowledge towards Real Estate and when things get hard she keeps going never gives up as my property was difficult to sell she stayed there every weekend doing open homes and nailing a sale through a walk in on an open home and there was many days where there was nobody coming at all so she kept going very impressive woman.

Sudo looked after my property before the open homes. He gave me great advice how to deal with the buyers and how to get them over the sale line. He answered my texts and calls immediately, I can really recommend him.

Alex was the ideal person to help me buy my first home.
