A calming super wingman through the selling process.

We were so grateful when Abby took on our listing. We had met her a few times at other house sales and were always impressed by her smiley welcoming nature at the other open homes. We knew that’s what we wanted for when we sold our house. And Abby completely understood that selling the house wasn’t a business transaction to us, it was a very more like passing on the house that we were custodians to. Abby understood us better than we did! We will forever be grateful to her for her guidance in things that we should spend the money on to present our house better, and things that we shouldn’t. She explained that leaving some things for the next owner actually adds some value to the house and extends the market. And she saved us money by telling us that some things aren’t worth doing because you won’t see the recovery of that in the sale price. Things that I thought were essential weren’t actually essential and it’s just because we had lived there for so long that it was hard to see the wood for the trees so to speak. Abby was able to help us find some good guys to help us finish some little jobs around the house. They were much cheaper and friendlier than the workmen that we had found on our own too. The most important thing that Abby helped us with was keeping us calm during the whole process. Because she was calm, it helped us to relax. And anytime we got a bit anxious, she stepped in like a superstar and helped us to smile and see things as not a problem. Abby is very very gifted at what she does. She even helped us to find our new home! She went above and beyond. I believe that she worked really well with the buyer of our house too. Calm, happy collected and competent wingman is Abby!
