We were selling to move to a retirement village and were anxious to ensure we could secure our chosen apartment. Susan understood that and was very reassuring throughout, esp since the local market was v difficult. And the Iran war didn't help! We extended the marketing period, so Susan had several more open homes than expected. Always willing, keen, and compliant with our wishes. In the result she secured a successful sale with the help of Harcourts excellent auctioneer. We went with Susan after speaking with her and two others. She was by far the best prepared for that first interview making the best impression. Our only reservation is as with all three agencies, that they were all wildly over optimistic with their estimates of what they could achieve for us both in terms of numbers of interested purchasers and achievable price.

Lewis Guy was selling my North Shore property in Clifton Rd and I mentioned I was also selling my beachhouse at Mangawhai. Lewis suggested he could help me and had sold several at different locations out of Auckland so the process began. Lewis made many trips up there with no hesitation, made great assurance that it would sell quickly and it did in around a month with little advertising and no open homes. I’m very happy with the whole seamless process and would highly recommend Lewis to friends and family for selling residential real estate, he has a friendly competent manner and is a pleasure to deal with.

Direct approach , regular communication via phone and email, almost daily. Had to put in a lot of extra effort to deal with a difficult/ dishonest vendor that didnt disclose a few serious items that have since come to light, but the agent managed to get us the house on a verry short turn around/settlement, at a good price for the area, where another agent didn't come close.

She was consistent in her ability to field any procedural questions, and professional in her interactions. Bottom line, she "knew her onions", and assertively was able to challenge assumptions she knew needed modifying. Her encouraging mindset helped keep the process on track thus far. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephanie for any intended real estate transactions.
