Hard working, great communication, attentive but not pushy.
Chris spent a lot of time figuring out the key positive aspects of my property and tried to market it in the most suitable way to highlight them. He was very professional and never did i think for a second that he had forgotten about or deprioritised my home. He kept me updated on every meaningful market and client change that took place while not crossing the threshold into being annoying. It was a pleasant experience in a cool to cold market, i would highly reccomend him.

Committed & determined
We found Chris to be personable, easy to relate too and a good communicator. Although we did not sell at auction we later accepted a due diliagence conditional offer. Rather than waiting the outcome of this offer Chris persisted on continuing a proactive sales process during this period. Because of this within 4 hours of the original offer falling over Chris was able to present another better offer. So if you are looking for someone who is committed and determined to sell your property you can't have anyone better than Chris !

Fantastic dedication through a complex settlement!
We recently purchased through Vanessa at Bayleys, and she did a fantastic job helping us secure the property. To be completely fair, the process wasn't entirely smooth sailing—there were a few bumps along the way, including some miscommunication around the pre-purchase inspection where the vendor wasn't quite ready, followed by a tight scramble to actually find the time to get it completed. However, what makes Vanessa a 5-star agent isn’t that every transaction is perfect, but how she handles the challenges when they do pop up. She stayed completely committed, kept pushing forward, and ultimately ensured everything came together for a successful purchase. We really appreciate her hard work and dedication to getting the deal done!

Refreshingly honest and professional
Very straightforward and genuine. Vanessa didn’t oversell, make exaggerated claims, or apply pressure in any way. Instead, she was realistic, honest, and professional throughout. She was also very helpful during negotiations. I found her easy to trust and a pleasure to deal with.
