We really enjoyed meeting and working with James on our campaign. James is fun to be around, is thoroughly professional and so good at what he does. From first meeting James we loved his passion and enthusiasm and very quicky recognised he was who we wanted to sell our x2 properties. We were not disappointed. We were however looking forward to seeing James in action through the auction process, however missed this as we accepted a pre auction (and pre marketing ) offer. We were recommended James by Auckland Ray White team members and on researching James we were intrigued by his engaging and polished videos - a real point of difference in market.

We found Chris to be personable, easy to relate too and a good communicator. Although we did not sell at auction we later accepted a due diliagence conditional offer. Rather than waiting the outcome of this offer Chris persisted on continuing a proactive sales process during this period. Because of this within 4 hours of the original offer falling over Chris was able to present another better offer. So if you are looking for someone who is committed and determined to sell your property you can't have anyone better than Chris !
