Little did I expect he was going to turn what had been a very difficult preparation of getting my house to market on its head. My house had been affected in the2023 floods and had all been remedied correctly so I was not concerned about that, it was all the questions that rightfully come from prospective purchasers that being closer to 80 than 70 I was feeling a little apprehensive about. I quickly learned that Matt was not only an experienced builder but had also been a building inspector. I went through all the paper work with Matt, sent him the council files and LIM and from that moment on Matt responded confidently and honestly and made the process a breeze. Matt has a warm personality, delights in getting to know his sellers and buyers, has a great sense of humour and is at home in any situation.
