My wife and I recently bought our first home from Ellis and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ellis was free to answer all our questions and queries and each time we came back to the open home, he was warm and welcoming. He always made us feel like no question was too big or small and always gave us the time we needed to explore the house. Every time we came to view the house, Ellis remembered who we were and greeted us by name. He remembered details of our previous conversations, which is a really impressive skill seeing as he would have met hundreds of people at multiple open homes over the course of the weeks. Alongside his friendly and open demeanour, Ellis was attentive, professional, and approachable. He knew other houses in the area and their sale prices and was able to answer questions about the local area with ease.
