Dealt with Shelley over a 4-5 month period as my wife and I purchased a property she had listed (with sale of our current house condition). Fair to say it took a couple of months longer to sell our property but Shelley was very accomodating and informative whilst we worked through that process. We listed with Maureen and felt very supported through the listing process, the marketing and photography was fantastic - Maureen didn’t try to oversell us on marketing and clearly explained where we would see the most benefit.
