As I have moved overseas and have decided not to return to live in Palmerston North, Eric and his team helped me organise contractors to tidy up my house before putting it on the market. He presented buyers contracts and once a buyer was chosen, he kept me in the loop on how things were trotting along. I found him friendly and great to work with. recommend :)

We really liked that he enabled us to make decisions in our own time, there was never any pressure to do things in a certain way or under his terms.
