Christian Baas

We had a really positive experience dealing with Christian during the purchase of our home. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and responsive. He answered our questions, explained everything clearly, and allowed us the time to make our decisions without feeling pressured. Buying a home can be stressful, especially for first home buyers to the local market, but Christian made it smooth and straightforward. He was approachable and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We are very happy with our new home and truly appreciate Christian's help. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Christian exceeded my expectations immensely. He sold my townhouse in a week! He even ensured the existing tenant could stay there, according to my wishes, by selling to a property investor. Originally receiving a low ball offer, Christian successfully negotiated with the buyer, reaching a fair price mutually agreeable to both parties. A win - win situation. I have no hesitation in recommending Christian as an outstanding Real Estate Agent.

Christian is excellent at understanding the stress that comes with selling your home and made every effort to ensure that we understood the process at each step in a thoughtful manner. He is very prompt at replying to questions whether by text, email or a phone call and follow up from open homes and buyer enquiries was also quick and concise. We feel grateful to have worked with Christian and were stoked with the quick offers and subsequent sale.

Christian was excellent to work with. He explained everything fully and was very responsive to all our questions. We really liked that he enabled us to make decisions in our own time, there was never any pressure to do things in a certain way or under his terms. Overall, an excellent experience and we will approach him if we sell another house in the future.

Christian is a knowledgeable and proactive agent. Very easy to talk to and prompt with communication which helped make our purchase smooth and stress-free. He is willing to go above and beyond for clients. I would highly recommend Christian to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

Christian made everything stress free, his communication was great & is very easy to get along with.
