Cher was great to deal with, she was straight into the job, advised what we should do, and where to get value. She did not over represent the sale expectation price, which so many other agents often do. Even though we were selling in a different period, Cher knew her market and we were very happy with the final sale price. We would have no hesitation in engaging Cher for any future property dealings.
She was quick to respond but her knowledge of the market and what my house would sell for was not entirely accurate.
Donna’s communication is outstanding. She was in contact with us every step of the way, with very prompt updates on open home attendance, feedback from viewings and progress on our buyers meeting their conditions. Donna showed genuine care and she was very respectful of our needs.
Happy with the recent sale of ky section that Suzanne managed. All done from afar, but easy to communicate with and I received regular updates throughout.
