At all times Diana kept the pressure on without being pushy -it seemed to us she was happy to communicate with solicitors,house inspection etc on our behalf.In simple terms she was at all times totally professional and clearly in control and understanding of the process and well capable of meeting the needs of both buyer and seller at the same time creating an atmosphere where a potentially stressful situation was made pleasant/enjoyable.
