My expectations were exceeded and I was pleased and grateful for everything done by Linda and Jeremy's in obtaining the sale. Their professionalism and market knowledge was important given the difficult situation in the area. The market downturn, numerous houses for sale in close proximity and condemned houses due recent storms. My house is of unusual design and with the staircase,steep roof and bank behind I am sure their negotiation skills helped immensely. Jeremy's skills came to the fore when he was able to raise the price by some 45k from the initial offer.
