I worked with Will on the purchase of a first home recently. Will was flexible and showed me a lot of private viewings across about a 3 month window. He wasn’t pushy, was knowledgeable and didn’t attempt to show me properties out of my range. Easy, smooth and made the process of buying a home relatively enjoyable.

My house went on the market in May of this year and it was about 5-6 months before it finally sold. During that time, Tommy held many open homes on Sundays, and also many private viewings for individuals who showed an interest. After each of these he made a point of phoning me up to tell me how things went - both the optimisms and the pessimisms (for example telling me of the current state of the property market). He suggested some alterations to the asking price, based on the feedback he got from potential purchasers. He persevered and was finally successful. After the purchase was finalised, the buyers came back and said there were some broken locks and other minor faults which they wanted me to fix, but Tommy was having nothing of it and pointed out that the faults were very evident when they agreed on the purchase. All in all, a very professional job throughout the whole selling process

Excellent communication. Lots of enthusiasm, moderated by obvious experience. They personally worked hard to get us the best price. Their experience came to the fore when they succeeded in getting our sale over the line at a point when the negotiations became tricky due to factors generated by the needs of multiple other parties who were part of a chain that needed to come together. We always felt they understood our needs well while also appreciating the true potential of our property from the start. During the extended period of time the house was under a conditional offer, they continued to market the property. The last property we sold was over 30 years ago and, consequently, we were somewhat unprepared for the complexities involved in selling a house. The advice from Nick and Lilli-Rose was invaluable as were the streamlined processes provided by Lowe & Co. They also showed integrity.

I thought Nick explained the process very clearly. Quite daunting selling your first home. He made us feel comfortable with him and we discussed a plan and stuck with it. Harriet always responded promptly to emails. In retrospect, we should have applied for a LIM report before we put the house on the market, as there was an outstanding old consent issue that slowed down the sales process. Harriet assisted with encouragement in obtaining the required consent. She ensured that we got a fair and reasonable price for the house. Their advertising was successful, their judgement of the market seemed accurate ,and the tender process fair to buyer and seller.
